ICT National Diploma @ EB
The Level 3 National is for IT Practitioners (ICT Systems Support) have been developed in the areas of Computing and IT Systems and focus on: education and training for IT practitioners who are employed in a variety of types of technical work, such as systems support, analysis and design, software testing, network administration, education and training etc.
They are also for full-time learners to gain a nationally recognised vocationally specific qualification to enter employment as an IT practitioner or progress to higher education vocational qualifications.

Unit Combinations
For the National Certificate the candidate is required to complete all six core units four compulsory specialist units and a further two specialist units.
For the National Diploma the candidate is required to complete all six core units, four compulsory specialist units and a further eight specialist units.
For the National Award the candidate is required to complete all three core units, two compulsory specialist units and a further one specialist unit.
ICT National Diploma @ SRS
The National Diploma in ICT Level 3 offer students a more in-depth look at ICT in the modern workplace, and give an insight into its role in specialist careers. As an alternative to Applied GCE, or similar exam-based courses, these qualifications provide ongoing learning and assessment of the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in ICT-related careers.
The Nationals Level 3 Extended Diploma is the equivalent to 3 A-Levels in ICT.
A 2 year full-time course, it will provide a fantastic hands-on approach to ICT for those students who have expressed a high interest in the subject and.
Students starting the Nationals Level 3 in September 2009 should expect to study 18 modules during the 2 year course. The 18 modules will include many exciting areas of ICT such as:

ICT National Diploma @ JRCS
The National Diploma in ICT Level 3 offer students a more in-depth look at ICT in the modern workplace, and give an insight into its role in specialist careers. All OCR Nationals help students develop their personal skills in areas applicable to any workplace, such as team working, communication and problem solving. The courses have been designed to accredit learners' achievements and ability to carry out tasks in a way that is relevant to the workplace.
No examinations, just good modules relevant to modern ICT, and real assessments that you can control! If you feel the course is to demanding you can drop down or cash in your units to the 2 A’ level option
